3 வருட காதலி தன்னை கண்டு கொள்ளாததால் சென்ட்ரிங் கம்பியால் அடித்து கொலை செய்த காதலன்! போலீஸ் வலைவீச்சு!! சிவகங்கை மாவட்டம் காரைக்குடி அருகே உள்ள மாத்தூர் குடியிருப்பு பகுதியில் வசித்து வருபவர் செல்வராஜ். இவரது இளைய மகள் சினேகா. காரைக்குடி அழகப்பா கலை கல்லூரியில் கணிதவியல் மூன்றாம் ஆண்டு படித்து வருகிறார். இவர் இலுப்புக்குடி புது குடியிருப்பத்தைச் சேர்ந்த கண்ணன் என்ற சென்ட்ரிங் வேலை செய்பவரை கடந்த மூன்று ஆண்டுகளாக காதலித்து வந்த நிலையில் கடந்த மாதம் கண்ணன் வீட்டார் சினேகாவை பெண் கேட்டு அவரது வீட்டிற்கு சென்றுள்ளனர். சினேகா வீட்டார் சினேகாவின் அக்காவுக்கு இன்னும் திருமணம் ஆகாமல் வீட்டில் உள்ளதால் அவருக்கு திருமணம் முடிந்த பின்பு தான் சினேகாவின் திருமணம் குறித்து பேச முடியும் என்று கூறியதால் வாக்குவாதம் ஏற்பட்டு கண்ணன் சினேகாவின் தாத்தாவை கீழே தள்ளிவிட்டுள்ளார். அதில் காயமடைந்ததால் சினேகாவின் தந்தை சாக்கோட்டை காவல் நிலையத்தில் கண்ணன் குடும்பத்தார் மீது அப்பொழுது புகார் கொடுத்துள்ளார். காவல் நிலையத்தில் இரு தரப்பினரும் சமாதானமாக சென்றுள்ளனர். அதன் பின்பு கல்லூரி மாணவி சினேகா கண்ணனிடம் பேசுவ...
